About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Can I collect my Shenzhen- Guilin ticket in Hong-Kong?

I would like to buy a Shenzhen- Guilin ticket and collect it in Hong-Kong : Is there a ticket office in Hong-Kong? If not, is there a ticket office in Shenzhen and what are the opening hours? Thank you.

no, you can not collect your ticket in Hong Kong.
you can pick up it in Shenzhen at anyone of Shenzhen railway stations. the ticket windows usually open 24 hours.
