I think you will reach Pudong airport, right?
If so, there is no direct bus from the airport to Keqiao.
You are suggested to take a shuttle bus line 7 to its terminal at south railway station. Then you can walk the south bus station, where you can direct bus for Keqiao. There are two buses to Keqiao at 08:20 and 13:05.
