About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

My sponsor from NGO will send me supporting documents for Z visa. I have Croatian passport and Canadian.

First question:Is it cheaper to apply for either one or both cost the same?
Second:Can I apply from third country such as Vietnam,Laos etc?The idea is I dont want to return to either country of my passport as they are far away and I am already in the region.

Hi, may I know where will you plan to apply for it? if in Canada, you can only use your Canadian passport. The fact is that to apply in a third country is now very difficult unless you are a resident.

It is better to apply with your Canadian passport then. You can have a try to apply in Vietmam or laos anyway.
