About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

visa for china if I take a cruise to China

My cruise ship will be in Shanghai overnight, this is the only port the ship will visit in China, will I need a V or will the ship be covered by a group one please, many thanks, kind regards, Allan

Hi, may I know how long your ship will stop overthere? anyway, visa is not required if it is within 24 hours as I know. If you want to visit the city during stopover, you just need to apply for a free stay permit at the border inspection office.
