My parcel number RC494341205CN is stuck on 'collection' for over a week.

Hello,

I ordered my parcel on 16th April 2014, and since the 19th it is stuck on the status 'collection'. My parcel number is RC494341205CN. When will the status change or will my parcel arrive? Could it be stuck forever and I won't get it?

According to my experience, the status is in normal. Usually, the transfering process takes a long time.
It is hard to tell when it will change and when it can arrive. It is not stuck, so pleaes do not worry. Just wait patiently.
