Is it possible to get Chinese S2 Visa with all documents in Tbilisi for a French ?

Yes, it is possible, but you should also prepare documents showing your legal stay/residence in Georgia for application. Anyhow, better confirm with Chinese embassy directly if necessary.0

I dont have legal stay here.. I am just traveling.. I guess it is impossible. That's what they told me. Anyway, Thanks a lot for the answer!

Sorry, I am not clear about the process of getting a residence status. You may need to contact Georgia Immigration office for this.0
