About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

required time out of China before re-entry on valid L type multi-entry visa?

How long must I stay out of China before re-entering on a valid L-type reentry (30 days per stay)? Is same day or next day turnaround allowed?

There is no requirement on this. You can return the same day if you like.
