About:Hong Kong Airport Express

If I have an Octopus Card, do I tap it at a terminal like in the MTR or at a ticket machine?

May I know whether you wanna know the Octopus Card can be used to pay for Airport Express? If so, it is acceptabl to pay with that and you can jut scan that at a terminal like MTR!
