About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

Personalized vs. borrowed card Lost octopus card

Hi, I lost my "borrowed" Octopus card but do have the # information for it. Is there any way to transfer money that was on that card to another card? Thank you.

You have the loan Octopus card, right?
If so, I am afraid that your card may not be get it back or transfer your money to another card.
But in order to make sure, you can go to the nearest MTR Station to consult the staff in service. Or you can call 2266 2222 at consult any problem.
