About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Will I be charge a second time for in the "in-town check in" service?

If I use the "in-town check in" service, will I be charge twice on my card if I have to tap out and come back in the evening?

Do you mean that you will take the in-town check-in service, then leave the Airport Express? Well, they won't charge twice and the fee would be deucted when you get in for the in-town check-in service. When taking the train in the evening, no extra fee will be needed.
