About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Applying for a visa to leave the airport

Hi, I'm from the UK I'm going Thailand - Beijing - UK. How would I get this free transit pemrit when I get to beijing? And is legal isn't it, I'm not gonna be pulled aside for illegal immigration or anything?

Hi, it is ok for you to avail free transit in Beijing if you fly Thailand -Beijing -UK with a stopover less than 72 hours. This free transit permit will be issued upon arrival at Beijing airport showing your passport and onward flight ticket.
