About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

From Bejing Airport to city proper

Is there a express train travel directly from the airport to somewhere in a walking distant from T-square or forbidden city? How long will that take?

No direct one is available. Airport Express train takes you from the airport to Dongzhimen, where you can transfer to local subway line 2 to Jianguomen. There change to line 1 to get off at Tiananmen East and then you can easily walk to the square and the Forbidden City! For the whole trip, it takes around an hour!
