Good year to buy property?

Hello, I was born 19 Dec 1979 around 7.10pm in Eastwood, Sydney, Australia. I am looking to buy property in the next couple of months, I was wondering if the year of the dragon is a good time for me to buy? I was told I should invest in land so I don’t retire poor due to my Saturn placement, I wanted to know if this include an apartment or only if I buy a house with land? Also, will I have luck with career, finances and love this year. Thank you

Though 2024 shows an upward trending for you, there are still some challenges and pressure to face. So you should be more cautious about the estate investment.
