Property investment 2024 - Earth Sheep

I wanted to know if 2024 is a good year to invest in property. My DOB is 19 December 1979. Was born in Sydney, Australia around 7.10pm.
I am divorced, so interested in my love life in 2024 (year of the dragon), as well as career and health. I am moving from Sydney to Brisbane shortly so will be looking for a new job soon. Thank you
