About:China Postal Service

My package was shipped april 8 from Shenzhen to Oregon.

The tracking # lk011260125cn says 'pre-shipment' still. Why? It has been 13 days... when do I receive accurate tracking info?

Hi, the actual moves of a parcel usually are faster than the online infor. Therefore, your package may have left China for the destination now. Everything is normal. Don't worry!
