About:China Customs Declaration

i'm taking some herb seeds (basel, oregano etc) do i need to declare these?

if i do need to declar these where should they be? in the main luggage or hand luggage?

Hi, the herb seeds generally are not allowed to take to China and you have to declare in advance.
