About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Hi I live in Oregon but am traveling to Beijjing in 4/2013

Where do i apply for visa's? Obviously im not going to drive down to San Francisco , is it safe to apply online? & if yes with who?

Sorry, visa can not be got online, you can send your application to your friend or travel agency if you do not want to go in person.
