Is it possible to cancel our visas and get a refund?

Hi, my family and I planned to visit china this week and our applications have been processed and approved. but due to unforeseen circumstances, we would not be able to travel and have to postpone our travel plans till end of the year. Thank you.

No, it is impossible to do this. Visa can not be refund after issuance.
