About:Hangzhou Maps

Train Thing from Hangzhou to Shanghai

So I'll be visiting HZ this July and returning in August. I'm planning to fly back to Jakarta from Shanghai. I've been searching that I could simply buy a train ticket to Shanghai.
The question is: Can I bring my luggage and big stuff on the train? Does it have baggage service like a flight or do I just have to simply bring it on board?

If you luggage is no more than 20kg, it is suggested to take along you. There are places to place your luggage.
The train provides the baggage check-in service, but you need to check in at least one day before, so that it can be made sure that you can get your luggage upon reaching your destination. It is not convenient, so if not necessary, you are suggested to take your luggage on your own.
