About:FAQ on China Postal Service

can you help me in identifying the status of my package?

it says it's In Customs-Control warehouse... RC464369845CN I do not quite understand and I have read that other people's package don't arrive and status does not change in 2 weeks or almost 2 months

It seems that your package has been delayed for 3 days. You may wait for a while and see if the status will change. If it shows "Delivery to airport", then everything is find and you just need to wait for it patiently.
