About:Visa Policy of China

Macau hong kong visa

im a mexican working in china with Z, im about to change work, but they dont have time enough to process my Z and work permit inside of china, they recommend me to go to macau or hong kong to issue a tourist L, so i can extend my stay in china until they process my work permit and Z, it is legal?

Yes, it is ok for you to apply for a tourist L in HK and extend stay in China. But once you get work permit, you may have to leave again to apply for work Z.
