Am I allowed to take any fish products like smoke salmon and frozen salmon?

Traveling to visit my wife for one
One month and would like to bring some tastes from home. She has asked me to bring fish, cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard and maybe some coffea. Would rather not fly it out there just ro hand it over or have a huge hassle! Any help here?!

The seasonings are allowed to take into China. No salmon can be taken in I am afraid!
