About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

Business F Visa to China while travelling in Kazakhstan

Hey,

My employer is traveling to Astana on business (a Canadian Citizen) and would like to obtain a 1 year multiple entry business type and then travel to China from there. Is it possible for him to obtain this type at the embassy in Astana?
