After arriving in HKIA, what steps to do if i plan to go to Kowloon shangrila hotel? Cheapest way.

Comparatively, it is cheapest to take airport shuttle bus no. A21 to Mody Road, Chatham Road South and then walk to your hotel along Mody Road! The bus fare is 33HKD per person!
