a student pass in singapore can apply chinese visa?!?

I m vietnamese who studying acca in Singapore,i intend to go travel to Shanghai from Singapore by myself during summer time or when i have free time.can i apply L in singapore?or i must go back vietnam to get it? and which documents should i prepare for that?

Hi, you can apply in S'pore without problem. Tourist L requires your paspsport, application form, photo, round-trip ticket and hotel booking, and your student pass. Sometimes, you will also need to provide financial support to cover your stay in China.
