Im having problems with customer and post service

RB023070367CN---Is my tracking nr but nothibg has happened while seatching many package trackkng result? What should i do im in scandinavia?

Your parcel is still in Shanghai. The status shows your parcel arrived at the outward office of exchange in Shanghai. It hasn't passed the customs, I guess.
