About:Chinese Embassy in Israel

I have an Israeli and British passports. Do I need a visa to travel to China?

I have the Israeli and the British passports. I would like to travel to PRC from Israel to participate in a conference.

Yes, you need to apply for a F type in Israel or GB before you go to PRC.
