ticket problem

i applied for viza, purpose internship and travel for 6 months and embassy ask me for work permit (now i read the new law from september 2013 and says internships are treated like work in china?) Is is hard to get for students? Also, now i want to apply for tourist viza for 3 months, but the flight tickets is booked for 6 months. I am on a bit of hurry to re-booked the return flight. Could that be a problem to have a 6 months ticket? and look for a viza for 3. And is it bank statment for 6 months pay needed to be shown as original document or scanned is ok also?

It is true that you can not get one for internship. But you can apply for a F type instead if you have an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China. Tourist L is ok as well, but it is generally issued with 30 days as the duration of stay. So, it is impossible to stay for 6 month there.
