About:Ticket Types on High Speed Trains

My wife and I plan to sit side-by-side in First Class seats

We plan to take the high speed train from Shanghai to Beijing on either 25th of 26th April. And, we would like to sit together. How do we ensure this when I book online?

Hi, if you order the tickets early enough, the side-by-side seats can be ensured, but if you book the tickets during the approaching days or Chinese holidays, i'm afraid the neighbor seats are very hard. So you may order the tickets online right now.

Dear Rick. We plan to carry two large luggage pieces, each 28" size. Could we bring these onto the G Train from Shanghai to Beijing? We also have two pieces of carry-on luggage similar to the size allowed into aircraft cabins.

Hi, I'm afraid your 28" luggage is too large for the rack, but you can put your handluggage on the rack and place your large luggage at the closets at the connections between two carrriges or leave your luggages at the back of the last row of seats. The space is very limited, so you can check in early to find a place for you. Keep eyes on your luagges if they are far away from you.
