Visa for Hongkong and macao

Hi, I am a Pakistan National but I am living in South Korea for the past 5 years and I got F2 (resident ARC). I am working here in a construction company as an engineer. I have 2 questions:

1. My F2 ARC status will expire in August but i want to travel to Hongkong and macao from 1st May to 5th May (4 to 5 days). Since I can't renew my ARC until July this year, is it possible to avail them here to Hongkong and Macao?
2. What is the procedure to apply for it?
