About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Can someone please track or tell me when I can expect to get it RC624018078CN

I put the tracking number in on this site and it is just saying delivery to airport, but it hasn't been updated since March 13th and it is now April 8th? Why is there no update after delivery to fuzhou airport? And it is destination is USA. When can I aspect to get it, I needed it by April 12th? PLEASE HELP!

It should have arrived. Usually, it takes 13 to 18 days. 26 days has gone. You need to check it at the post office. If it didn't arrive, then your parcel might have lost.

All the post office is saying is "originating post is preparing shipment"?

China Post reveals that it already left China. But the parcel hasn't arrived in the US after 26 days. It shouldn't taken so long. I guess your parcel is lost or it might have been held by the US customs.
