My order is RC16773599CN

Hello, I have ordered 2 orders in the same day, boath are shoes. One Order have I now 14 days, but the second Order is still not coming. How is this possible, 2 orders at the same Time ordered buy just one came.

It seems that this tracking number is fake. There is no result when I tracked your parcel with this number. You should contact the sender immediately.
