I will arrive at the airport about 7.50 PM on Wednesday.please advise the best way to reach Pullman Changan.

From the GZ airport, there is no direct buses for Chang'an, but only has buses for Wanjiang. So I think you can take a bus for Wanjiang, DG Terminal Bus Station. Then stay a night near that bus station. On the next morning, you can easily find a bus from the bus station to Chang'an Town. Then you can hire a local taxi to your hotel easily.
