Buses are pretty convenient and cheap. You can take the bus AP1X to Gongbei Port, go through the checks there and then transfer to bus no. 34 to Gongshui Zonggongsi (供水总公司) , and then walk northward along Baishi Road for about 500m to find the hotel.
