About:Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Shuttle Bus

Transit permit for transfer between PVG and SHA

My flight from Delhi arrives at PVG and I have 4.5 hours between arrival and my connecting flight to seoul from SHA. Is the time sufficient, and do I need to take transit permit

Time is enough. The shuttle bus on the way takes about one hour, if the road condition is not so bad.
The transit permit is not needed and you just need to follow the direction boards to make your transfer easily.
