About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Status of Order

I have a package that has the current status of: Departure from outward office of exchange, but it never had the status: Opening. Does this mean my parcel wasn't opened or that it just wasn't recorded? Oh, and how long does it take for the parcel to be in my current status (Departure from outward office of exchange)?

If the status of Departure from outward office of exchange doesn't change for several days, you should contact the seller and ask him to contact China Post. The Status of Delivery to airport means that your parcel has gone through the customs successfully and is coming to you.
