About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Is there anyway I can find my item I just want my stuff I ordered?

This is the tracking number I received which doesn't match and tracking company's .LN27985421CN. Ordered it from EBay it was suppose to go through the China post of Mainland.

Please contact the sender and confirm if it is a real tracking number. I couldn't find any information on China Post and EMS websites.
