About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Im holding Phillippine passport i want to visit hongkong im in dammam KSA right now do i need VISA

im planning to book a ticket from dammam to hongkong. i will stay 3 days in hongkong for shopping and after that i fly to the philippines.

No, it is not necessary, but you need to provide flight ticket for leaving and hotel bookings for entry.
