Do I have to hold on?

I am engaged, we've been planning to get marry by November this yr but my fiance has a changeable mind about our goals. Like he has fear that the relationship will not gonna work after marriage or we are not be able to get children. (Note: before me, he was on the very controlling relationship, and he never get pregnant his ex) Now, he is talking about break up. I loved him very much and I am in so much pain with that. Do you think do I still have to hold on onto him? Or is there any marriage will happen? Am I get pregnant this year? As we are also planning to conceive a child soon. (According to our doctors we are both healthy but we have an age difference) I was born 08/25/1982 and he's 05/27/1966.
In general we could get along very well and I know he loves me too. I need your advice. Thank you!
