About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Can I get a Chinese visa in Vancouver, BC?

I'm a US citizen living in Seattle. San Fransico is too far to go. I want to know can I get itin Vancouver, BC? And if I can, can I get it in the same day as a rush?

Hi, the consulate will come to Seattle on May 9-10 for collection of applications. Here following are the details:
9:30-15:00, on May 9th 2014
Address: 708 S. King St. Seattle,WA 98104. Please make an appointment one week prior to that day. Email:SeattlePassportgmail.com. 

9:30-15:00, May 10th 2014
Address:NWES Academy, 12624 120th Avenue NE, Kirkland, WA 98034. Online appointment from May 5th via Infolage. Contact person: John Zheng,Email:servicesinfolage.com.
But as I know, it can not be issued in the same day and you can not apply in Vancouver.
