I'm a US citizen living in Seattle. San Fransico is too far to go. I want to know can I get itin Vancouver, BC? And if I can, can I get it in the same day as a rush?

Please make an appointment one week prior to that day. Email：SeattlePassport@gmail.com.　9:30-15:00, May 10th 2014Address：NWES Academy, 12624 120th Avenue NE, Kirkland, WA 98034. Online appointment from May 5th via Infolage. Contact person: John Zheng，Email：services@infolage.com. But as I know, it can not be issued in the same day and you can not apply in Vancouver.
