i need to know what documents i need and what type of visa i need i am going to attend the training in GUANGZHOU.

I am living in Kabul i have visited china in the end of 2013 but now i have invited to attend the training & i have the invitation letter from one of the best company in china along with Got invitation letter now. Do you accept our company Bank details? or our company should mentioned my monthly salary? my old passport in which i had a Chinese type is expired (it is older 10 years) now i have computerized passport. waiting for your kind reply.
