Visiting China in August

Hello,

I am an American citizen living in South Korea. I would love to travel to China in early August of this year, but my alien registration date ends around the end of August. If I apply for a visa to go to China now, would I still qualify, or would I have to renew my alien registration card in Korea before the end of August to be able to enter China?

Thank you!

You have to renew your ARC for application, according to the requirements of Chinese embassy, ARC should have remaining validity of at least 6 months when you submit your application.
