About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Visa required for Hong Kong U.S. Citizen for a day visit to Shenzen ?

Does American citizen need one for tourist travel to Hong Kong? If so how much does it cost? Is there a 1day visa available to visit Shenzen from Hongkong? If so how much does it cost and where do I purchase it? Thank you for addressing my questions and replying to me. judytighe1@gmail.com

Hi, you need to apply for a Chinese visa for a day visit to Shenzhen, and you are advised to apply in advance in USA if time permits.
