Where and when do I need to collect the online booked train tickets

We are planning to book tickets from Shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing South on the 20th of April. Is it possible to collect the tickets at a ticket office on any day before the departure day?

I just booked the train tickets from Travel China Guide. Once you submitted the request, you can collect your ticket on any day before leaving at any train ticket office or railway station. If you will live in a hotel in SH, they also are able to deliver the ticket to your hotel, but you need to pay the delivery fee.
