Hi, you need to prepare a local company covering letter (company address, telephone number and the detailed visiting purpose should be correctly and clearly stated), financial support documents are also required. If you were issue one before, the original and copy of previous one are also required.

You need to fill the details of your last visit to China in the application form. Just specify the date and place of the last time you were granted the visa.
