I and My some Chinese friends are planning to make a Short time series movie, which will show on Chinese social network " WeChat" every week. for this movie nobody is working for someone, no one sponsored us, we are going to make it just for fun.

I'm concerning about my status, I have Q1 for next one year. my question is",
Do i have any problem with immigration law.
If so, then which type i need?
