About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

International Train Cancellation policy

Hi,

If I have booked train tickets through travelchinaguide.com for an international train journey from China to Vietnam 2 months from now, how do I cancel them and what is the cancellation fee? Can I cancel online, and will I get a refund? Thanks!
