Question

My M type expires on May 17 2014, but, I need to go home to visit my sick mother. It is only 1 entry and I've already used that. What is the best way to go about leaving and then returning to resume work? Do I just leave and then apply for another and that's it? How much is it by the way? ThankU

Yes, you need to apply for another one if you plan to get back to PRC. I should tell you that it's illegal to work in PRC with M type. If you plan to work in PRC, you should apply for a Z type instead. Once you were found to work with M type, you will be fined or detained.
