About:China Visa Application in USA

You can't submit this by mail? How do I get it to San Francisco?

I have all documents included and travel and airline flights from Travel Agency, but she is in different district than I am and can't submit them from S. California as I live in N. Ca.

Hi, mail application is not acceptable, but you can entrust someone else or send application to a travel agency and let them to handle her application.
