About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

I am a german citizen I want to apply a 1/2 year business visa ,

dear sir/ma dam I live in thailand, I have a invitation from Chinese company , do a need a physical examination record? what else do I need?

Hi, physical examination record if not required for a stay no more than 6 months. You can request for 6 month business F or M with the letter you have. You should also prepare Thai visa/residence permit, hotel bookings, passport, application form with photo.

you need apply one duly invitation letter of authority unit, and then apply six month visa.

As far as i know that the china visa apply in your own country will need lots of documents.But for L type one month do not need too much documents .
But if you come to china ,For german citizen can do one year business type in china or hk .only simple documents the agency can help you .only passport and documents can finished for you .
Of course you also can do it by yourself in your own country .
